Vetch, Lana (Vicia villosa)
Lana woollypod Vetch is vigorous variety used for forage and hay or in cover crops to build organic matter and add high amounts of nitrogen. Lana vetch is a winter active and early maturing vetch. When planted in the fall it will produce most of its biomass in the winter and the early spring. In cold climates Lana vetch should be planted in the spring. Works well with a cereal grain such as oats, barley, wheat, triticale or rye.* We regret that we are unable to ship this product internationally in amounts larger than 1 pound * Plant at 4-=60 pounds per acre or 3-5 pounds per 1000 sq.ft.
