Incredible softneck garlic with very long storage life. This variety may last you the whole year, until your next garlic harvest in proper storage conditions. An excellent choice for braiding. Large pearly white bulbs with mild garlic flavor.  Bulbs have large cloves on the outside and smaller cloves in the center.  Each bulb will have between 15-20 cloves. White Silver is well adapted for both hot and cold climates. It was bred and selected in California  originally for its consistent abundant harvests. Silver White matures slightly slower then other softneck varieties.
