A great, quick-growing heirloom green cabbage that produces dense, round 3-5 pound heads that resist splitting. One of the earliest heirloom types of round-headed cabbage. Sweet, tender, and crunchy green leaves with a delicate flavor that turns mild and buttery when cooked.

A versatile vegetable (try saying that 10 times fast!) that can be used for coleslaw, sauerkraut, cooked or as vegetable catapult projectile!
