Favorite in Cajun country since the 1950's.  Dwarf type, spineless plants, 3-4' tall, produce an early crop of tender 1" to 7" thick pods.  Good flavor. Best direct sown. Short season variety. In cultivation, the seeds are soaked overnight prior to planting.
