What's Included in the Large CSA Beginning in early February, your membership includes: Four seasonal shipments filled with open-pollinated, organic seeds selected for the right planting windows throughout the year. Seeds for continuous harvests. Stay on top of succession planting for crops like peas, beans, lettuce, and cilantro so you can enjoy a steady supply throughout the growing season. Seeds for successful fall and winter gardens. We'll send you the right varieties at the right time to get fall roots, cabbages, garlic, favas, and other cool-season crops started. Did you know that much of the fall garden is actually planted in July and August? With proper timing, these crops can feed you through the winter and into mid-spring.
