Solanum esculentum (70 days)
A popular and exceptionally early tomato developed at OSU that thrives in the cool weather of spring. Produces 3-5 ounce round, 2.5-3”, nearly seedless red fruits on compact plants. Very productive with a heavy early fruit set from bushy plants.
Similar to the Medford tomato variety. Vigorous and cold-tolerant nature makes it great for short seasons and cooler climates. Grows well in our region. Determinate growth habit.
