Mid-Season, 85 - 100 days

It is known as a high-yielding, resilient plant that performs well in both warm and cool climates. Maintains its deep purple hue well making it great for culinary effect. Bred for a  high level of anthocyanin antioxidants and high yield. A dense, slightly sweet, earthy texture.

Intermediate type foliage structure, semi-upright growth habit. Tuber shape is oval with blue/purple color skin and flesh. Shallow tuber eyes resulting in smooth, attractive skin. 

Originally developed in Colorado at the San Luis Valley Research Centre at Colorado State University  in 1994. A cross of 'All Blue' and ND2008-2 focusing on exceptionally deep purple color and high productivity.

Disease Resistance: Fusarium wilt, Potato Virus Y, Leafroll.
