Poppy, Pandora Shirley (120 days) Papaver rhoeas ORGANIC

Did you want some wine with that?  Here’s another Shirley poppy in a deep, delicious hue:  merlot with a grey metallic undertone.  This poppy produces prolific quantities of 3-4” blooms atop interesting, highly textural stems.  When petals fall away a diminutive but attractive poppy pod remains.  Enjoy flowers fresh in the garden, briefly in the vase, and dry pods in the long term as bouquets or in crafts.  An annual that reaches 36”; space 9” apart.  SSF
