Scabiosa atropurpurea  (100 days)          

This pincushion flower’s unique creamy yellow color has occasional highlights of apricot.  Blooms are small (1”) but are an excellent compliment to antique or honey floral arrangements.  Stems are thin and strong.  Provide horizontal trellis for straight stems.  Readily self-sows if allowed to go to seed. A short-lived perennial that grows up to 48”.  Space 12” apart.  FLA.
