A fast growing mustard that can quickly attain large size for braising and stir-frys. Leaves are dark purple on top and green underneath with wide white petioles. Can become quite spicy as they mature, however they retain a balance of sweetness when harvested while still young. If planted thickly for cut and come again salads, the petioles elongate which aides in easing harvest. FER
