Taken from a Vilmorin hybrid onion by Dr. Alan Kapular and carefully stabilized over many years into a reliable producer of 8-12 ounce round yellow onions with tight copper skin that keep remarkably well. In trials against other commercial hybrids this variety ranked #2, far better than other open pollinated lines. A workhorse variety.
