Self-Heal

Prunella vulgaris -Perennial 

Low growing, creeping European native perennial mint family herb that is widely used for the healing of external wounds as a poultice.  Goes by many name such as All Heal and Self Heal, it can easily naturalize in a moist lawn. Can tolerate full sun and shade and will readily self sow in dry spots.  Charming violet-blue flowers attract pollinators and are a delight to gather for tea.  SSF.
